Clients connect to the Banc Investment Group trade applications from a known IP address over the Internet using 128 bit SSL and by using Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator, 4.0 or above. Tested operating systems include Linux and Microsoft Windows 98 and greater up to Windows XP. In most cases, the application can be accessed without medication to firewalls or network settings.

Data encryption, digital certificates, permissioning, audit/monitoring, strict password protocols and timeouts are just some of the many techniques that are employed to protect clients and users. All data and functionality are backed-up at redundant sites that are separated as to geography. All Personnel with access to customer data are licensed, under a written confidentiality agreement and have undergone third-party background checks.
