Fixed Income Institutional SalespersonThe Banc Investment Group is looking to hire a seasoned fixed income salesperson to add to our growing and dynamic business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years fixed income sales or bank portfolio buy side experience with a primary emphasis on mortgage-backed, agency or structured securities. We seek a highly motivated self-starter prepared to actively cover an existing account base, while cultivating new relationships. Compensation package is estimated above $400k and includes a base draw, guaranteed production incentives, great benefits and profit sharing. The working environment is fun, dynamic and challenging.
